The Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by:

Atlas is the Promotion administrator and will manage winner selection, verification, and prize fulfillment on behalf of all Sponsors.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Can not ship to P.O. Boxes. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsors and their immediate family/household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Promotion Period

Begins on September 29, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on October 6, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET (“Promotion Period”). Administrator’s clock is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

During the Promotion Period:

1. On Instagram, locate the official Giveaway post published by @atlascoffeeclub (the “Giveaway Post”).
   
   

2. Complete ALL of the following (the “Entry”):
   
   

• Like the Giveaway Post.

• Submit the Giveaway sign-up form hosted by Atlas (integrated via Jotform) with your name and email address so we can contact you if you win. Marketing email opt-in is not required to enter or win.

Limit one (1) Entry per person for the entire Promotion Period, regardless of method or the number of Instagram accounts or email addresses used. Automated, bulk, or fraudulent entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Entries must comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive the following consolidated prize package (shipped together in one package by Atlas on behalf of all Sponsors):

• Atlas Coffee Club: 1-year coffee subscription (details: delivery cadence/size to be specified by Atlas). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $204.00.
  
  

• HULKEN: 1× Medium Original Rolling Tote (Midnight Blue). ARV: $110.00.
  
  

• Kalita USA: Wave 185 Brew Kit. ARV: $85.55.
  
  

• Branch Furniture: 1× Laptop Sleeve + 1× Laptop Stand. ARV: $144.00.
  
  

Total ARV of all prizes: $543.55. Actual value may vary. Prize details are at Sponsors’ sole discretion. No cash alternative or substitution, except Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any item becomes unavailable. Prize is non-transferable.

Taxes: Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs not expressly stated herein. If total ARV is $600 or more, winner will be required to complete an IRS Form W-9 and may receive a 1099-MISC.

6. Winner Selection & Odds

On or about October 7, 2025, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible Entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries.

7. Winner Notification & Verification

Administrator will attempt to contact the potential winner via Instagram Direct Message and by email (using the email submitted on the sign-up form). The potential winner must respond within 72 hours of the first notification and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Eligibility & Liability/Publicity Release (and W-9 if applicable) within the timeframe provided. Failure to respond or complete required documents in time, ineligibility, or non-compliance will result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner, time permitting.

8. Fulfillment

Single-Shipment Fulfillment: All prizes will be consolidated and shipped together by Atlas Coffee Club to the winner’s U.S. shipping address. Atlas will provide tracking and confirm delivery to the winner and notify brand partners upon delivery. Sponsors are not responsible for delays or issues caused by carriers, weather, or events beyond their control. No international shipping.

9. Content Guidelines & Conduct

Entrants must not: (a) post content that is offensive, infringing, or violates any third-party rights; (b) use bots or scripts. Sponsors may disqualify any Entry that, in their sole discretion, violates these rules or Instagram policies.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsors the right to use winner’s name, Instagram handle, likeness, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media without further compensation or approval, unless prohibited by law.

11. Privacy & Marketing Communications

By submitting an entry, you agree to receive marketing emails and newsletters from Atlas Coffee Club. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in those emails. Providing your email address is required to enter and will be used for winner notification and marketing purposes consistent with Atlas Coffee Club’s Privacy Policy.

12. General Conditions

Sponsors and Instagram/Meta are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, or incomplete Entries, or for any technical failures. Sponsors reserve the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsors’ control impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined in Sponsors’ sole discretion. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors/Administrator, which are final.

13. Release & Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsors, Instagram/Meta, and their respective parents, affiliates, and agents from any claims or damages arising out of participation or receipt/use of any prize. IN NO EVENT WILL SPONSORS BE LIABLE FOR PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES, OR ATTORNEYS’ FEES.

14. Disputes/Governing Law

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in New York, NY, under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

15. Winner List

For the winner’s name (first name, last initial, city/state), send a request to [support@atlascoffeeclub.com] within 60 days after the Promotion end date.
