Makes an excellent cold brew
Good coffee, not amazing. Good blueberry flavor off the bat but not super clean as some Sidamos. All in all a good cup of coffee
I loved this blend and even wrote a post about using it to make my own cold brew!

I've tried many Ethiopian coffees where the roasters have sacrificed balance and well-roundedness in exchange for explosive acidity. To most people, including myself, these super-light coffees are not deserving of repurchases.
This Ethiopia is not like that. It's smooth yet inspiring in its flavor profile, taking you through a relaxed exotic journey. It reminded me initially of a dark chocolate bar, but finished up as a cranberry.
Now I need to go buy dark chocolate-covered cranberries.
Highly recommend the Ethiopia Sidamo! The coffee was very flavorful and pleasantly smooth. The overall brand experience was great...from the packaging to the details about the region, I felt a great connection. Cant wait for my next delivery.
