Coffee History

Coffee trees were first introduced to Mexico in the 18th century by way of Cuba & the Dominican Republic. Years later, commercial cultivation started when German & Italian immigrants relocated from Guatemala & other Central American countries. Mexico now ranks No. 9 among the world’s top coffee producers with over half a million small coffee farms scattered throughout the country, mostly in the Chiapas and Oaxaca regions.

Coffee Notes

This selection from Colombia lasts long after first sip. As this succulent coffee sticks to your tongue, delight in a subtle sweet touch of acidity similar to a plum or grape paired with flavors of graham cracker and toasted marshmallow like s'mores.
