About The Region:
Tarrazu is a coffee farming community that lies deep in the heart of the Costa Rican hillside. Tarrazu is one of the world's premiere coffee growing regions due to its rich volcanic soil, temperate climate and ideal drainage for coffee farming provided by the mountain-side. 

How Our Coffee’s Grown:
Coffee in this region has been cultivated by generations of farmers in the valleys and mountain-sides of Tarrazu. The coffee in this region ripen slowly which requires several rounds of harvesting from the coffee-pickers who hand pick the beans at the peak of ripeness during each harvesting round.
